There are many versions of the bible some bad some good or faithful to the original Hebrew in the Old Testament and Greek in the New Testament. We have one original Hebrew in the OT and one NT Greek(Though there are to codex's). True christian don't read every translation, they choose the bible which is somewhat equal or closely related to the original.

@JustJesusforUs Not just that. Christians have an unbroken chain of testimony from Jesus to the Apostles and then those who were appointed by the Apostles and then those who were appointed by them and so on and so forth.
