I saw the movie first. I liked the book better because they left out a lot from the movie. The security guard is killed differently & there's no real build up to a climactic ending in the film. Even though he keeps it a secret in the book, when he goes back to the park later, Scratch's friends get mad at Alex for the fact the cops are watching the park and try to beat the shit out of him.
But though it's different, the book helped me understand the more confusing quiet moments of the film.
this trailer is so dumb it doesn't make me want to watch the movie. after the trailer ended i'm just like...wtf? what's the relationship between the train and paranoid park and the grizzly bear attack?
@how1f33l I don't think there's a grizzly bear attack dude, I haven't seen the movie but it looks like these kids went to paranoid park and met someone who ended up getting killed on a train they decided to ride and then on the news they said "Police are investigating a grizzly scene" as in the adjective not the bear.
I think this is the best movie ever. I hated the movie at first but after a while i loved it. If you watch it more then once you gonna understand the hole movie. This is my fav.

Have you seen the movie??? Just the fact that it`s completely different to the whole american trash blockbusters makes it such good. Everything in this movie is extraodinary -- from the music to the dialogues. You should really watch it if you are fed up with american trash.

And for me a movie must have a good trailer so i know that the people who made it know what the essence of the movie is about.
