  • i have one of this atv's and thay are very fast de-resticted i have beat most 450 atvs and a top speed of 90 mph its is a very good quad for the money . i admit the breaks arnt the best but who needs breaks lol.

  • i habe 2 te 450s and one 90,had them since 07,the 450 are 08 and they are great,my son is going to race 1 in the baja 500 this year, they are great

  • Mike,,,,,,,,,,,, do you know if there are wheel spacers for this quad,,,,and what size would fit ,,,,,thanks.

  • looks like a rolling heap-O-shit...ill stick to my zuki

  • @QuadRider004 Hey, it may not be a LTR450 but its not $8000+ either. It is 1500 less than an ltz400 and will BLOW THE DOORS off it.

  • still i would take quality over quantity anyday....besides that where are you supposed to get parts, after market exhaust, etc.?

  • I'm gonna be biased her because I have one! But I do think the quality is there, plus it has twice the warranty of the Japanese quads. Parts are a non-issue, its not like its a chinese scooter. You're right about the aftermarket stuff, you have to make stuff work, but Hyosung makes the basics (nerf bars, skid plates, bumpers etc). I just pulled out the exhaust baffles and rejetted it. Its cool though, cause the thing really does perform and you get a lot of attention at the dunes.

  • im sure its good for the money but i havent had good luck with off brand things...i bought an off brand quad to putt around the house with and it started leaking oil after 6-8 months

  • I get that. I did a lot of research, though. I would NEVER buy Chinese stuff. Hyosung is huge, just not yet in the US. I think they're basically just like Hyundai.

  • they have been in the usa for a few years now already,,,and making improvments as the time goes by,,,,,it is true there are not many that you see out there,,,because they are still new in town,,,but if you do see one,,,,,you will be suprised,,,,i shure was not dissapointed when i bought mine this year

  • same place you bought it from, there are just as many parts available for hyosung than the japanees parts

  • its a suzuki engine ,,,,, look at the real thing,,,instead of a picture and do your homework and you will know what you are talking about

  • it is a suzuki engine,,,,,just to let you in on that,,,,,do your homework and find out for yourself about hyosung

  • u ppl r all stuid he said it was ABOUT

    57hp

  • isnt this like their first quad i wouldnt buy it now coz i would wait till they make more n get more used to makin quads n wat features work well with them so still w8 couple years for this quad to build up a better reputation then maybe think about buyin it

  • some body have parts off those ATV u need the starting clutch

  • TE450 has 52hp standard...don't now if it's possible to get more...diff. exhaust ore carburator etc...

  • 57hp....come on, theres no way....

  • So how the the Hyosung 400cc ATV? Any good? Suppose I be better off giving those 1000euros more and buy a Raptor 350...

  • y would u buy a 350 instead of a 400cc bike then end up payin 1000euros more for a bike 50cc less in engine capacity u should get a 350 yamaha banshee its about the same price and really fast probably could beat both 400 hyosung 450 hyosung and raptor 350 mostly because its a 2 stroke twin motor

  • just to let u know a blaster its a 2 strokes motor more compresion and power than any 450 regular gas motor its like 50 hp hunger of gas vs 27 hp full throtle

  • And you thought we needed to know this...why?

  • ive never seen one of these or even heard of Hyosung, n i gotta say it seems pretty badass

  • Hyosung has been making engines for Suzuki for many years now. About 5 years ago I think they started selling a 650cc motorcycle in the UK and US to compete with Suzuki's SV650. They've gotten lukewarm reviews; great engine but the chassis, brakes, and suspension not so good. And for the minimal price difference there's little reason not to buy the SV650 instead.

This is Hyosung's 1st ATV of probably similar quality but Hyosung will likely improve and be one to watch 5-10 years from now.

  • if that quad is putting out 57 hp stock i think the mags would be drooling over it now. and youd probably have a team together already in the wpsa. why would racers send there shit to dasa, cp, curtis sparks exc. to put their 450s at 60 hp when yours is at 57 stock. show us some dyno charts and have atvsport or somebody have a full spread cause you guys built a fucking monster.

  • i think hyosungs r kind of shit but to be honest dont know a lot bout dem but the lights look cool but the brake n the clutch r in a weird position so say for example ur in an emergency n u need the brake it wont work coz u might use the clutch by accident or its a waste of time moving up n down from clutch to brake that suks better if the clutch n brake had their own spots

  • bullshit, a blaster is not beating a 450 that puts out 50+ horses. Blasters are girls quads.

  • i think the blaster owners will prefer 'shit quads'.

  • y do u say that

  • because blasters fuckin suck

  • blaster will have it anyday

  • gay

  • Whatever
