so instead of useing your ring finger i would suggest using your pinky. like me i hated using my pinky cuz my pinky was weak (lol) but as a cheat cheat you can use both your pinky and ring finger together, it works quite well :) hope this helps. but you are doing great

hey pretty good cover! :) my only advice would to not use your ring finger. when i first started playing the bass i would use my ring finger A LOT.. then when i started getting lessons my teacher would tell me not to use that finger. it helps to not use it so you can get a wider range on the neck.
