Well he is right in some points but some people dont have the same genetic structure in their body as others. I train about 4- 5 times a week but it takes a pretty long time for me to just gain muscles. I mean ofcourse i would look bigger if i started to use human growth hormone as many others. Well he is right in some points but some people dont have the same genetic structure in their body as others. I train about 4- 5 times a week but it takes a pretty long time for me to just gain muscles. I mean ofcourse i would look bigger if i started to use human growth hormone as many others. So that kinda theory isnt working according to me. You cant just look at somebody and guess the daily rutine, ofcourse some stuff but still its too hard.
