I tend to buy my sauces 1 or 2 at a time, about once every 2 or 3 months. You sir are an inspiration ! Out the ones here I have  both the Dave's insanity's the mad dogs, da bomb and my personal favourite Z nothing beyond, yes it is hot, but it is really tasty, normally the super hots just get tasted once or twice, then put away, but the Z nothing I use frequently. Not quite as much as the milder ones like Blazin etc but definately worth opening.

my grandfather puts capers in his oatmeal, my 6 year old daughter sprinkles sunflower seeds over ice cream, and i eat pizza with kimchee and popcorn with parmesan cheese, my mom eats noni puree, my uncle puts ketchup on everything, my cousing puts A1 steak sauce on toast and rice, and my 2 year old son prefers to eat a celery stick instead of a spoonful of nutella. anyway, jeff has enuf hot sauces to last a lifetime. he's probably so acclimated he could probably use tabasco as eyedrops by now!!

el yucateco is great that green one is the mild1. jeff probably tried the brownish speckled one which is great. i still have some i brought back from mexico, it's epic. i think i couldn't withstand half of those sauces jeff bought. i make hot chocolate with powdered cayenne or pulverized chile de arbol, and i add little cubes of cheddar cheese as well. i know, weird but try it! my whole family is kinda weird when it comes to food. my wife puts kraft singles cheese in her breakfast cereal
