Poor Ian... It's hard to believe the mob mentality of these people. It's like when they get in a large group they become animals. Quite sickening to watch actually - the laughing and sniggering as they stream into his office. Militant unions have no place in today's society.

Mob mentality? Right, because MPs in the racist, war-mongering Liberal Party are oh so civilised, aren't they? What a condescending term by which to refer to organised workers fighting for a better standard of living! Snotty rich parasites in the Young Liberals like yourself have no place in today's society.

I understand all too well about educators needing pay raises. Educators don't get paid enough. But what else people don't understand is that People like Ian can only do so much. He is a great man and is a good listener from which I know personally. But in this video it looks as if he was almost being attacked, as if it was ultimately his decision if they were to get there raise. I am sure he did all he could to do what he could for them.
