ok here is everything you need to know. the thing on her pinky is a microphone, EVERYONE lipsynches in music video's or else the video sounds off and usually if the singing is really good it's probably because the singer is lip synching. they wear them selfs out from the dancing and don't have the energy to sing too. that's all!
Why is she holding her pinky finger like that? I've seen a singer did that before, but she wore a small microphone on it, so that's different. Lee Jung-hyun already is wearing the mic. on her head, though. .__O
Usually the small microphone on the head is used for show, or for when not performing, to make other introductions or respond to reporters/interviews, etcetera.
