I've owned this phone for 2 years, got the silver lined one as thats all they had unfortunately. The good, looks, easy to navigate, camera.

The bad, after about 14 months the software would crash once every couple of days, the square joystick thing actually broke off so fingernails had to be used to press left, up, right and down (very annoying). Dropped it the other day and the screens cracked so its finished :( Any suggestions on a similar phone out now??

The worst ericsson iv owned. The w550i was far better. Bad flash- pics were black, dodgy touch pads and the software kept crashing, so phone was in for repairs 3 times in a year. Im happy with Samsung now- pity as I was a fan of Sony until the touch screen phones overtook them.

TERRIBLE PHONE! i have had it on my 18month contract and disappointed me very much! yes it clarity is great and so its functions and easy to use BUT every few months problems just randomally occur, phone randomly restarts, the sensor buttons dont work, etc. and its not only my model lots of my friends and family have this and same thing with theirs.

Get one used. I saw one in a second hand phone shop near me for about £69 I think, they clean it and unlock it to any network, so you can use your old pay as you go sim card. I got the k770i instead and it's in perfect condition.

i have the k850 and its a great phone but it could be less chunky but great cell service and i like everything about it

but it depends on what phone you want

do you want a music phone or a camera/music phne because the k850 has both and it also boasts a great camera in it as well but the w760 is better for music since its a walkman phone.

if you want a great phone that has both these qualities than get the c902 which has a 5 megapxl camera and similar in size to the w760 but is a bar phone

I own the k850i, Its been great, The touch buttons take getting use to.. But after awhile its easy. Its a great Phone and i would recommend it to anyone that can deal with tricky buttons at the start.

if i were you i would think about the k850i, because, yes, it may be bit on the chunky side, but none of that maters. the camera is brillent on the k850i, not to sure on the c902i, but ive heard the screen is smaller on the c902i, if you want a big bright screen, i would always go forthe k850i. but what ever you chose you will have a great buy phone anyhow :)

I bought this phone recently and I'll tell you its well worth it, it takes very good pictures and zooms like a baboon the media player is really nice etc

The only problem with this is that it gets a bit grubby, but keep it clean like I do and trust me it looks great.

I never get tired of it and Im not embarassed to pull it out either, I think its gorgeous.

BTW, it's NOT a touch screen, they're kind of infra-red buttons : when you move your finger over the button, it will activate it. Try to hold the phone upside down and then touch the screen without moving your fingers over the button : nothing will happen.... =3
