  • Ravens and 49ers don't have flashy QBs thats why refs favored NY and NE

  • Even bullshit ESPN admitted that refs favor Brady and Manning in 2000's ERA.Just go to video on youtube "Pussification of football". Only Colts and Patriots get bullshit calls like that.NFL got soft too.Not even real football

  • go read the book "The Fix is In" A sporting event can be fixed for entertainment purposesly only is completely LEGAL. NFL is similar to WWE with storylines. AFC and NFC championship games were fixed.

  • NFL likes Tebow.Bad roughing passer call VS Chiefs.

  • Oh. I see now. It would cover the spread. I apologize.

  • Why does everyone complain about this particular call? It had no effect on who won or who lost.

  • Brady and Manning were ref favored there whole bullshit careers

  • There is no need for this video to be more than a couple minutes long. Why the hell did you rewind it so much, it serves absolutely no purpose other than to show people you have no clue what you are doing.

  • Of course the NFL is fixed, and it is so that we stay distracted. If you want more proof, watch Marion Barber against the Denver Broncos on December 11, 2011.

  • @anonymousman555 Yep,I thought he did it on purpose.

  • Thanks for the video. I remember being so confused at the end of the game.

  • Omg that was a great just great hustle by River's did anyone else see the determination in his eye's?Fuck this crap,i felt like i was watching previously recorded game's this past sunday, come on anybody who can put 2 and 2 together should know that these game's are over before they even start. Coming from Raider fan who see's the shadyness has some eshample's. Bill's "miraculously" coming back from a 18 pt defecit TWICE.Following death of Al,clearly better team in Hou "lose" at the last second??

  • I believe that if reasonable thinking people watch the game with suspicion they will find reason to be suspicious. My dad always said where their are large amounts of money exchanging hands creates opportunity for scandal and likely will be scandals. This game and many others show how it works.. Line on this game was 6 and it was obvious that someone, looks like the refs didn't want that spread covered....even better, this spread was not going to be covered even if it cost integrity of the nfl

  • @JEFFSMITH70 You and your Dad have it right. I don't trust the NFL or really any major sports league with a lot of money. NFL favored Patriots and Colts in 2000's ERA. NFL is really bad now. Not even real football now.

  • Scams are not limited to the NFL, look at the country and needs then see how sports work... Right now the democrats have run michigan into the ground, that state is falling apart... the citizens need something to cheer them up and wow the tigers made the playoffs and now the lions are having a monster year... coincidence?? New Orleans needed to build a new stadium after the hurricane, they began winning for first time in history and eventually won the superbowl.. coincidence??

  • Most people are sheeple, they work 40+ hours a week, have a family and make time for some entertainment by watching their favorite teams play on saturday and sunday. They are not watching the same game I watch. I know every line, I see every call that effects that line. The first 2 quarters are meaningless unless the team they want to cover is just dominate that day. If the team they want to cover is having a bad day expect some horrible calls to keep them in the game. THIS SCAM IS PERFECT..

  • KICK THE PAT AND MOVE ON

  • its the punishment for all of them getting on the field and faggin' around, not kicking the point

  • NFL favors Colts and Patriots in 2000's ERA.

  • I have no doubt it's fixed after watching tonights game. How does a team that can't even snap a football right come back and win a game after getting burnt all night? VEGAS that's how! Dallas couldn't even get a first down all game then they pull these uncovered receivers out of their ass all the time. Then nobody even bothers to tackle the guy. Then the Redskins started getting flagged every play after that. The entire game swung 360 degrees the last couple minutes of the game.

  • I have no doubt that the games are fixed. This game really tells the tell. I have the entire game recorded. Pitt had 3 TD called back for holding calls. penalty yds pitt had 154 yds penalized, chargers 0 yds.....I believe in many cases the refs will call the penalties at the right time to stop a drive and continue a drive if need be. Holding can be called on every play. I will post again explaining how the process takes place and it is undetectable.

  • @JEFFSMITH70 Of course this game was fixed.. they fix games every week. Did you ever check out the books "interference" by Dan Moldea or "the fix is in" by brian touhy.... check out the links in the description of this vid... watch?v=fKixhQfCmFY

  • if people think games are fixxed they most be stupid

  • Games are fixed for sure...I'm willing to bet my life on it. Remember sports is a business that would like to maximize their profits. The world is fucked and the powers that be, own you.

  • U TIGHT!!!!!!

  • WAIT WHAT WAS THE SCORE HOW MUCH DID CHARGERS HAVE 10?

  • The players couldn't be involved. There are too many big mouth idiots for the players to be involved. It would be very easy for the owners, refs, and mafia to be involved in this type fix. If you believe nothing else you at least should question the integrity because of all the money involved. think about this: saints win SB after they had to rebuild a multimillion dollar stadium. Right after the hurricane the saints became winners, after years of losing. asses in seats help pay for stadiums.

  • Absolutely, the fix is in. I personally believe the players are not involved but I am 100% sure the refs are involved. They have complete control of a game by making calls at the right time. How many times have you saw long TD passes called back on a questionable holding call. When dealing with pro's these type calls can really determine the outcome or more importantly the point spread outcome of a game. People get passionate while watching and miss the crime being committed right in their face.

  • I think the Refs were making up for totally blowing Super Bowl XL when the Steelers played the Seahawks. That was just pathetic officiating. That’s why I don’t gamble on sports. For one it is rigged. For two it takes away the credibility of the game when shit like this happens. They blew that call on purpose, no doubt!

  • I remember watching Mike and Mike the next day and they were talking about how all the betters were mad that they took that touchdown away.

  • The NFL isnt fixed... Some shit is next to impossible... If you think its fixed, then tell me why troyvscored in the first place?

  • @40svfootball Ummm because you just answered your own question? Its fixed because they purposely went with a lateral? why else would they attempt something that stupid at the last few seconds

  • the NFL and american football in general really isn't that great a game to watch, (maybe to play) why do they have so many breaks in between plays it's pretty lame the game has no flow to it, the same goes for baseball as well, sssssssoooooooooooo boring to watch, why do you guys follow it, i mean no offence by this comment by the way as i don't really no alot about the game

  • WoW.

  • The NFL is soooo fixed, I can't believe after 21 years of watching football I just realize it now!!! It's only because my emotions were so into the game that I was blind. Now I could watch a game and see right through it. If you see the Benjamin Watson run down of Champ Bailey you'll see the OL not picking up a safety blitz who was right in his grill, he just gave him a free pass. The play had max protection too!!!

  • This game was 100% fixed. They tried having the Chargers cover soooo bad. They penalized the Steelers the most in team history. They thought they had won then Troy had this touchdown at the end which pushed the Steelers over the spread. They had zero choice but to just remove the touchdown for absolutely no reason.

  • alright the game is fixed. are you fucking retarded? you'd think somebody would've came out and said what we do in the nfl is fake. we fake dimensia and trauma after we retire. we fake getting paralyzed for life after a huge hit we just fake. get over yourself. for you to say that the people who put their heart and soul into this (derek anderson) are faking it then stop watching football. there are holes in your explanation, if they didn't tell troy to get a td, why would he do it anyway?

  • @gammonnicholas The players aren't a part of the score setting. The owners and refs control it through play calling. Troy is a bad ass who is all heart. No way he would ever EVER sellout.

  • @11MelTrom11 sorry but i find that dumb. it seems sometimes like it's scripted and maybe i'm in denial but i think it's 100% percent real

  • There is absolutely no doubt that this game was fixed. The sole pupose of announcers is to be spin doctors. It is not a conspiracy to think for yourself. The ref had an obvious psychological "tell" that he was lying. As he announced the game was over, his hands adjusted his hat indicating that this was beyond his control and that he did not want to lie; however, it was his job to do so. Ever play poker? The NFL is owned by the money printers. There are 3 teams on the football field, not 2.

  • Why does Ben Roethlisberger look SO NERVOUS????????

His team wins either way... and yet he doesn't look happy after the score... interesting..

  • @shortnfine219 It looks to me like he was upset about them taking the call of the board. He was smiling until they started reviewing this. I think he bet on his own team.

  • @dwdyem2001 No way... if you watch the end of the video he smiles EVEN HARDER than before when they take the points off the board... he's all smiles after the points are taken off and the game is over, but looked noticeably uncomfortable when Polamalu scored that TD and during the review..

  • @shortnfine219 Ben defintely had some dough riding on that pointspread. Troy is no sellout. He's all heart. Everyone who knows him, knows how he is.

  • Polumalu didn't get the memo regarding the fix in this game. Anyone who honestly believes this game and the NFL in general isn't professional wrestling is kidding themselves.

  • @squirevet Agreed!

  • @squirevet youre an idiot my brother is in the NFL its not fixed dumbass

  • @infinityward0 Your brother might be in the NFL but they also sign contracts and papers to not tell anyone about the workings of the NFL. Therefore even if your brother is in the NFL he wouldnt even tell you anything because if he did, then he would get in trouble, get kicked out and then your brother wont have the money any longer.

  • Whether it was an illegal lateral or not, the Steelers picked up the ball and scored a touchdown. Couldn't they have just declined the penalty? Essentially what they are saying is that it was forward lateral then, but that does not result in the play being called dead. So after the ball is declared dead (after the TD), then they go back and assess the penalty. Pittsburgh declines the penalty and takes the TD.

I'm not a conspiracy nut, but that does seem awfully fishy.

  • @rawrrr2009 There was no forward pass, so the ball was still live.

However, since the referee's decided that there was a forward pass, Pittsburgh can't just decline the penalty and have the touchdown count. If there was an illegal forward pass, and the ball hit the ground, the ball is dead and can't be picked up and run in for a touchdown. Therefore, if the illegal forward pass really did exist, then the refs were right for taking away the touchdown. But, it didn't.

  • To anyone still arguing that the call was correct, please stop. The NFL apologized after the game, stating that the touchdown should have counted. I don't know why the refs just couldn't call the people who made the apology during the 10 minutes they took to discuss a play that had no effect on the winner of the game. The only thing it effected was the spread and who covered. If the NFL doesn't pay attention to gambling, they should have just called it a touchdown and walked off the field.

  • Look at the first pass from LT. He releases the ball at the 36 yard line, but the reciever was clearly near the 37 yard line when he recieved the ball. LT's forward momentum carried the ball forward about a half a yard.

  • it doesnt matter steelers won anyways haha

  • Maybe you can't decline an illegal forward if there is no time on the clock. I dunno the NFL rules I guess they can whistle a play dead, if they suspect an illegal forward pass, and then upon review, determine that the game was over (at 0) at the time of the whistle. But then Norv could have challenged the call, except the game was over, so Norv chose not to or wasn't given the option, because it wouldn't have mattered.

  • Maybe you can't decline an illegal forward if there is no time on the clock.

  • cuz all the money was on the steelers.. haha. i remember that, i had the Chargers +3 and I thought I lost, then they reversed it 10-11 FInal and I w on. Maybe the Pitts coach accepted the penalty to not have to kick tha point... well did they kick tha point?

  • steelers suck any way lol

  • the lateral at 2:30 that you kept replaying is not the one they called a forward lateral, they thought the one where LT did a little pitch to 89 was the lateral (although i dont think it was)

  • I'm not totally convinced yet, but I'll say this, if there is truth to the whole "games being fixed because of the gambling community" thing, that makes me really sad. If rich people want to gamble on football, who cares??!! That's their own damn fault if they lose a bunch of money!!

  • if that TD counted it would have messed up the point spread for a lot of wealthy people gambling on this game therefore it was removed.

  • but the first pitch looks to be the one thats a forward pass in this case

  • like the tampa-washington playoff game when sean king was tampa's qb the yeat before the brady fumble i believe

  • it's sooooo fixxed..........

  • yea its fucked up-just like the chargers broncos game from this same year

  • soooo fixxed

  • the best bet of all fold your money in two double it and put it back in your wallet Go Broncos

  • had a $20 9 game parlay last year hit 8 of 9 saints lost to bucs 23 to 20 one game away from winning over 21,000 i cant stand brees and look at him go now if i bet $1,000 straight on them -1 they would lose to last years lions with jeff triplette referreeing lmao

  • lets not even talk about the cowboys or saints

  • my betting determines if the steelers win or lose so u know i must have been betting against them in the last 2 yrs they win dont cover or flat lose if i have them with -1 or more lol

  • yeah i had 7 game parlay and this was the spoiler $10 to win $3600ish i bet on the steelers last 2 times and they lose this year my buddie was right u can change history just bet em

  • but it wasent removed idiot

  • Nfl is fake its like any other tv show. I have been to a game and it still was fixed. You can not knock a pass down and pick it up and run with it lol. That was no fumble.

  • it wasnt a pass you ignorant fool, it was a lateral. so knocking down a lateral and picking it up is legal, much like a pass to a wide out thats behind the QB and he drops it is a fumble.

  • NO SHIT " you cannot knock a pass down and pick it up and run with it" But this was a backward lateral, dumbass!

Oh yeah: FIXED MY ASS! u r retarded.

  • like the man said below refs have the power of penalties. phantom pass interferance calls, holding calls when they choose them, even though holding goes on on every down.

I have like everyone else no proven evidence of games being fixed, but it is odd how the texans playing the beloved colts had 129 penalties against them. the week after they lost to the titans , because of a bad call.

a vince young mannning afc game in january generates huge ratings people.....just saying.

  • nfl is not fake its called amazing stupid

  • Its Basically the WWF

  • The NFL is soooo fixed...So Fixed

  • this was all about point spreads.Nfl refs are riggign games. and have been for awhile

  • yep, and if I recall correctly, 2/3 of the money was on the Steelers -5/-6. some of those books might of paid someone off to protect their investment

  • forward lateral my ass,he pitched to the guy behind him! the point spread was the factor so the td disallowed?

  • YES I think its fixed man i think they even Rig the hits. I mean look at the hits they can fake in wrestling, you mean to tell me that if they can do that with no pads they cant do it with pads??

  • The refs are control game. With penalties.

The palyers of course play. With a bad apple here or there. Phantom penalites any time means corruption.

  • it wasnt a touchdown because the lateral from LT to Chambers was a forward lateral, which becomes a dead ball.

  • @ocman21

Did you watch the Video??? It was not a forward latteral or pass...Douche

  • It is a horrible call, but what did it matter if the steelers still one. If it was the winning touchdown then it is a screjob, well the steelers cheated to win the superbowl so they deserve to get screwed.

  • if the clocked did expire its still is a live ball

  • the time already expired to 0:00 before he picked the ball up

  • it doesnt matter dumb fuck the play already started... lmao. learn the fucking game..

  • It dose you dumb fuck why do you think they changed it dumbshit!!

  • lemmie guess yr 4? learn how to spell does. and show me where in the 27 chapters of nfl penalties where it says after 0:00 you cant continue the play. fucken nerd lmao? my grandpas a head officail in the nfl. i know what im talking about idiot.

  • let me guess y1 you can use does or dose look it up you dumb fuck and it is the rule book dumb shit and interception is a single play dumb ass i own the rule book you fuckin nerd learn the fuckin game...

  • I Play football dumbshit

  • You are a moron...Even if there is 0:00 on the clock the play doesn't just stop until it's over. You play football and you don't know this????

  • @dwdyem2001 WAIT could u replay that 1 more time pls

  • @pats4lifebb lol...sorry...it seems logical when I was making the video, but it didn't come out like I wanted

  • Personaly I would say the small 'pass' shown at around 3:44 is forward.

  • The point here is not "the steelers still one" everybody knows this and thats not the issue. The issue here is the point spread. That call cost A LOT of people A LOT of Money, which is why its still getting attention.

  • um no, either way they still won.. so what a waste of time ur trying to pull..

    CHARGERS 4 LIFE!

  • And yes, the Steelers very well could have declined the illegal forward pass penalty.

  • Sadly, no you can not decline a forward pass penalty.

  • Panter, You are wrong. The NFL said publicly that they touchdown should have counted after the game.

  • i think it is because how could you have the teams that are both number 1 seeds in afc and nfc play each other and then the chargers 4-8 to go to 8-8 and teams lose games tht they shouldn't do

  • YES, LOOK WHAT HAPPENED TODAY.

  • obviously you cant decline a froward pass so it was the right call . LT did do a forward pass it bounced of a stealer a went backwards. if the game was fix they would have whistled it dead. the refs thought it was backwards. until they reviewed it . they said the penalty was declined than called it a touchdown than realized you cant decline a froward pass penalty . so it was a good call . hope that clears everything up .

  • well either way Steelers would have won and we go down in the record books but still,THAT WAS BULLSHIT!!!!!!

  • The Steelers Got Screwed In This Game..

It Should've Been 18-10, But Everyone Believes San Diego Is Gonna Go All The Way This Year, So They Get As Many Breaks As They Can.

  • im a steelers fan but te touchdown was removed because l.t pitched the ball backward but it went across the line of scrimmage

  • im bored on cam

    wanting new friends S0

  • The NFL should fire his ass, What a loser

  • to me this game ended 18-10 that was not a forward pass the ref is on crack and wanted to go home

  • i totally agree with you, that was fucking bullshit, in NO way was there anything such as a forward pass. fucking idiot reffs.

  • i know im retarded but would anyone mind tellin me what difference 7 points would make in a game

  • The spread of the game was 5, so obviously the ref had some money on this game and needed the score to be a little closer

  • "i know im retarded but would anyone mind tellin me what difference 7 points would make in a game"

There were many millions of dollars gambled on this. Most of it bet on the steelers winning by 5 or more. The Touchdown would have made it 17-10 (with extra point still pending). When they took the touchdown away for some mystery reason, it caused the Steelers to win by 1, thus changing the results for the gamblers.

  • Even if the correct call stood, by rule, there wouldn't have been a need to kick the extra point. Ever heard of a walk-off touchdown, it happened earlier this season. I think against the chargers.

Even though the wrong call was made, its still a touchdown by rule. Forward or Backward its still a TD.

That whole referee crew is terrible. They obviously made the wrong call on PURPOSE. That, or they're legally mentally retarded.

  • Yes, they would have had to kick the extra point. Walk Off Touchdowns only happen in sudden death overtime.

  • idk. it may have been changed, but i thought i remembered a walk-off game winner on the last play of regulation in some game that season.

  • @steel5w You don't have to kick the xtra point, if there is a lead change. Since every point scored in overtime is a lead change, then there is no nead for the xtra point, but there are rare occasions when lead change occurs at the end of regulation. This was not a lead change, so they would have had to kick the point

  • @joshjhutton OK, that makes sense. I knew they never kicked in OT, but didn't know why only sometimes at the end of regulation.

  • @joshjhutton I still think you are wrong about the XP rule. I think they aren't kicked in PT, but always kicked at the en of regulation, lead change or not....

  • @joshjhutton I still think you are wrong about the XP rule. I think they aren't kicked in OT, but always kicked at the en of regulation, lead change or not....

  • @dwdyem2001 They definately don't kicked in OT, because when a team scores ANY type of points, the game is over. (except for the new playoff OT system this year) And since I posted that last comment months ago, I learned that an extra point is ALWAYS mandatory in regulation. Lead change or not.

For example: the Jaguars hail mary TD a couple weeks ago. It was a lead change, breaking the tie, but they still kicked the XP.

  • @joshjhutton Thanks for clarifying this. I wasn't aware of this. That's a stange rule. I thought that the walk-off TD's were in overtime only. However, I guess they are also in regulation when there is a lead change. Weird. Why make them kick the KP when there is no lead change? For what purpose?

Either way, the extra point was meaningless. It was the taken away touchdown that killed the cover for Pittsburgh bettors.

  • Get a clue? Maybe you should take your own advice. The score made many millions for bookies.

  • let the video run .....

  • well vegas won 60 million from this game...

  • no, the nfl is not fixed. the steelers just are a tank team.

  • lets call it what it is

roger goddell is a horrible commish

if tagliabu was still in he would have had the score changed to the correct scroe within 30 minutes. I forget what game it was but in the late 90s tagliabu made 2 teams get gear back on and go out and play what should've been the last play.

goddell is just worried about keepin people "out of trouble"

hes gonna run the nfl into the ground

  • okay lets face facts

    WHO CARES

its not like this call decided who won the game

    either way u win

if ur gonna be mad then get mad at every bad call against the chargers

  • It matters only if if you were a player that didn't have stats from that play added to your record, or -- and MUCH more anger-inducing -- your bet ended up being disqualified because the Steelers ended up not covering the spread. From what I've read, about $65M was bet on the Steelers across the US.

  • 1 touchdown (that doesnt decide the game) doesnt decide weather or not u go into the playoffs

  • Just let the clip go. Leave the damn TIVO alone.

  • I stopped betting on NFL games decades ago because it is a sucker bet (laying 11 to 10 odds on a 50/50 shot). Now it's getting unwatchable. I don't watch the WWF because it is fixed/fake and full of obnoxious, corny, steroid fueled "hooray for me" hotdogs. Sound familiar?

I suggest a fan boycott until they clean it up. They've been blatantly ass raping the integrity of this game for years and claiming "ooopps" every time they do it. It's our fault if we keep supporting this corrupt empire.

  • hey selleckman ever heard of a tiebreaker? ever heard troy would get paid more if that stands. ever heard of covering the spread for your fans? do you fffing know the tiebreaker is 6-11 in importance. check our records out selleckam. we are in a dogfight with a lot of teams.

  • no questio this was fixed. the ref signaled a touchdown after the review and the tv was already showing the score. after 17-10 had been posted. this was so ffffing obvious. i called the nfl pr director and posed as a newpaper writer and he dodged every question and got very defensive. he even told me "this happens all the time."

  • BLATANT! OBVIOUS! FIXED! FIXED! FIXED! FIXED!

So there won't any place to go, they normally tell the sucking public, "OOOPS WE MADE A MISTAKE! WE ARE ONLY HUMAN." Yeah right. ANYONE REMEMBER BUFFALO/PATRIOT GAME A DECADE AGO?? FLUTIE(BUFFALO) Said "The head guys ask the other referee if he was in, and the guy says I don't know, the head referee says, Let's go give it to them!" Then Bledsoe(Patriots) threw a hail mary everyone jump, they called it pass interferance, while it was so obvious a HOLD

  • I lost a bunch of cash on this game. Fuckin NFL Garbage

  • This is pretty much catching the NFL red handed at fixing games. Not to mention this was the worst officiating that I have seen in years during this game.

  • Just dont bet on the game IDIOTS!!!! Who cares about the point spread anyway!!! if you bet on games you DESERVE to lose money! moron!!!

  • Someone please post the Full game video on the net or provide links please!!!!!!!!!!

  • What really pisses me off about this more than any other sport is because THEY ARE ALLOWED TO LOOK AT REPALYS TO MAKE CALLS AND TO GO LOOK AT A REPALY AND DO THIS THE FCKING GAME IS FIXXEDDDDDDD.

  • In my lifetime, there has NEVER been a more blatant fixing of the point spread than this.

  • Anyone a good lip reader? What does the older guy say to Ben around 1:20?

  • It was the last timed-down of the game.

    From the NFL Rule Book:

"On a foul by the offense on last play of half or game, the down is not replayed and the play in which the foul is committed is nullified."

That means if the first lateral/pass was illegal, then the play is nullified and the TD DOES NOT COUNT. So, it all hinges on whether that first lateral was illegal. If it was, the refs got it right

  • no they got it wrong, they never had it right all game, i was there and the refs were terrible. they called this a touchdown on the field, then they overturned it...meaning that they must have seen significant evidence to change there call...then after the game they said they blew the call and were wrong...does that make sense to you, cause it sure as hell doesnt to me. they either had money on it or have it out for the steelers....either way its bullshit and they should all be fired

  • Bottom line it, though. If YOU think that first lateral was illegal, then the call is right. If you think it was legal, then they blew it.

But, I do agree with you that the whole situation was improperly handled. Goodell needs to get the Rule Book, memorize it, then recite it to his successor, who should start next Sunday.

  • dont know if it matters for the rule but the ball changed posession. that rule is put in I believe for something like offencive passing interfeirence that led to a score. I could be wrong. im not a big nfl fan to know all the rules.

  • I dont know if this reminds anyone here but this reminds me of the movie "rat race" im pretty sure it is the second version shown on TBS often. Well one of the characters was an old NFL ref and there was a coin toss or something and leading up to that the team that should have won lost and stuff and some guy lost a ton of money because of it. Anyways the ref addmitted it was a fucked up call 5 days later. NFL needs to do something before they loose their fans, and they need to quick.

  • There is no legitimate explanation for any of this, other then the NFL has league mandated fixes. Refs are told how the game should end.

  • Telford,

No, it doesn't make any sense and the NFL should be investigated by th Feds for this. Ficing games is a crime!

  • Shitty editing!

Great play! Steelers would have won either with an incoplete or a touchdown.

  • Why does it even matter? Steelers still won ethier way, the NFL doesn't control anything. The winner still won.

  • The first lateral was clearly a foward pass. The question is does a foward pass actually kill the play and nullify the touchdown. And it does matter because 2/3rds of the 100 million$ bet on the game was on the steelers?

  • "The first lateral was clearly a foward pass"

No, it's not "clearly" forward. Players pitch the ball liek that frequently without getting called. It leaves his finger tip at the same spot chamber catches it.

"The question is does a foward pass actually kill the play and nullify the touchdown"

    No it does not.

  • If it was a forward pass its a foul but the plays goes on and at the end of the play they decline the foul and its a tochdown

  • "The first lateral was clearly a foward pass"

No. It's not "clearly" a forward pass, nor was it called that on the field. Pause this video at :11 seconds. You can see LT still touching the ball on the 26. That is a clean lateral.

Not that it mattered anyway, nor have I heard an explanation of why they were reviewing a lateral that wouldn't effect the outcome of the play one way or the other.

  • Are you joking whitestripe?

About $64 million Vegas dollars went to the wrong people after that "mistake" by the refs.

There's a lot more to the NFL than winning the game...

  • The "mistake" made no difference in the game. If it was a touchdown the Steelers win, if it was a forward pass, the Steelers win.

  • ...wow.

  • What happened is the first attempted lateral was actually a forward pass. The second was a good lateral that was fumbled and taken into the endzone. What should have happened is the defense decline the forward pass penalty and still get the TD. This was a total screwjob and reminds me of that NBA ref who fixed the Lakers games.

  • hey the same thing happen to the chargers vs. broncos when jay cutler fumbled and the ref blowed it did. the refs needs to get their head out of their asses and watch the game. the ref never amditted their mistake yesterday they said they were right which they werent.

  • how in the hell is it called a touchdown on the field, reviewed and then OVERTURNED, and then after the game they admitted making a mistake and it should have counted?? does that make any fuckin sense to anybody??!!

  • I love how some of you are denying it. The refs took the points off the board with literally no explanation. It wasn't a forward lateral, and even if it WAS, the ball is still alive.

Anyone with a clue knows that, yet alone a veteran offical who has been officating all his professional life.

Just because you believe the moon is made of cheese, doesn't make the moon made of cheese. Stop justifying the corruption and believing your own lies. This game was fixed.

  • FIXED! RIGGED!!! REFS are seriously retarded...how do you not know the definition of a lateral?

  • I used to bet on football 10yrs ago. This is exactly why I quit betting not just football all sports are fixed on big games exspeacially. You see the look on bens face this thing seems to come morso in gambling towns like pitt and det and chicago. If you continue to bet you get what you deserve. This shows who's in control still in mob city's.

  • Pittsburgh mob city lmao!!

Jibalin you made me laugh thanks.

  • It was fixed or it's the worst call in NFL history after Hockili's call of course.

Wow, the Chargers are always surrounded by bad Karma...

  • Was in Vegas for the game. When they showed the game before it started it showed the stadium completely surrounded by snow and crappy weather. Their was a huge run to the sports books to place huge bets on the over/under considering it was set at 43. A easy bet considering weather conditions. Looks a lot like Vegas was trying to make up for the over/under loss. Conspiracy theory maybe, but way to many things to just be poor officiating!!

  • If the score was something like 30-7 the refs would heve NEVER called both teams back from the lockerroom to simply lower the score. It was reported that Vegas pocketed 60 million due to that play. Thats a 120 million swing. The NFL is so fucking fixed. Its a cesspool.

  • I agree, see my post how the defense would have obviously declined the penalty. Why weren't they given the option to decline which would have given them the TD anyway?!?
