i don't think it is that fabulous, though the whistle register is excellent. some notes have jane not sung them well, off tune i shall put it. she is not good at singing this song in live..........
well, if anyone of us attempted to sing the song live or even in recording, we'd be lucky our audience would still be alive to give us a round of applause at the end. I think for the live performance there are supposed to be subtle notes of dis ordinance. If you listen carefully there is a hint of it in the music as well that did not come from Jane's voice. This emphasis depth and emotion not felt just listening to it off of the CD. brilliant performance for people listen with their hearts.
i know and absolutely agree with you that jane is amazing at her performance. But it is not perfect in the sense that she went offtune at some notes. Very few can flawlessly sing during their performances.
And i do not think that live perfomances are SUPPOSED to have some subtle notes of disordinance, with ref. to your point. We appreciate and admire jane, but we should also identify that jane may not be perfect at live though it is always almost one. Please dun misunderstand me.
