@Dnied23 Congratulations. Let me tell you I served in the Texas San Antonio Mission from 2001 to 2003 best 2 years. Oh how I miss those days. Serve with all your heart, might, mind and strenght. by the way I'm from Veracruz Mexico.
There are 5 stakes and 20,000 members in the San Antonio area. We had a great time and response from the media and the community with this program. The missionaries set a great tone and really knocked everyone's socks off. You can see the halftime presentation to Sean Elliott in another YouTube posting - key words: LDS, Spurs.
Marvelous Elders and Sisters! And you, Maestro, you are amazing! I love your conducting! Bravo! I'm proud of you all! Anybody knows how many LDS are there in San Antone?
:O That's my mission!!! I was there less than a couple years ago. Oh how I miss the TSAM. and to be quite honest I could never see PCut (President Cutler) letting us do that. But way cool nonetheless
Thank you guys! That is awesome! When I served in Dallas we had the opportunity to go with the Fort Worth Mission to the Cotton Bowl and watch BYU from the end zone. When BYU won they charged us singing "Armies of Helaman" it was an amazing experience!!
Oh my gosh!!! =] My boyfriend just got called to the San Antonio, Texas mission!! =] He'll enter the MTC in April =] I'm so excited!
