  • I found that working two full time labor jobs and hitting the gym on weekends I didn't work gave me a better body than I've seen most workouts achieve. Great results for you though.

    My record at up side down crounches is 101. It's hanging up side down with your hands behind your head and touching your knees with your elbows each time. How many can you do?

    Yeah I have a semi pac hiding behind my fat. So yeah you can have abs without being skinny (like you said), but they won't be defined without cardio and a good diet.

  • This will not get you a six pack. This will only make your abs stronger.

    The belly has fat around it, if you remove that fat, abs will develop.

    Cardio and eating smaller meals each day will get you a six pack.

  • @DarthScosha So every skinny person has abs? One of the requirements for a six pack is that you actually have strong abs. Therefore these exercises will in the end result in a six pack. I've always been skinny and done cardio exercises, but I have never had abs. At all.

    Sorry, no they dont. I didn't say that. A big muscle man can have a 6 pack. Its not about a persons body, its about the fat around the belly. If you read my comment again i said "if you remove the fat around belly, abs will develop. It doesn't matter if you are big, small, have big arms, skinny legs, big ass, small ass, skinny arms, big belly, small belly, it doesn't matter. But if you have a skinny belly then obviously you wont have 6 pack as nuthin will be there for abs to form.

  • @DarthScosha Well actually, your abs will develope under the fat they just won't be visible. Once you burn way that fat you'll already have well developed abs.

  • @DarthScosha Completely agree with your statement here! You need to lose the 'spare tire' before you achieve the washboard abs!

    If you have a minute check out the workouts on my channel - all short, yet intense and effective. Great for when you are crunched for time but want serious results!

  • altrnating leg raises are called butterflies and for better(harder) take ur hands from under ur butt

  • @cm999 i don't know, i wasn't really keeping track..i was in pretty good shape before i started it, so it didn't take more than like 3-4 weeks, but i'm not sure

  • the first exercise is a sit up not a crunch...

  • @pyroboyification that one is a crunch sit up is all the way up

  • just lay your feet on a chair and do normal situps.. it's not hard.. just make sure to do it 3 times a week but for a long time..

    i trained it each day and got a sixpack in about 7 months i think... make sure not to overtrain... i think i lost muscles with overtraining and i surrendered :C

    and.. more important... be motivated - listen to some powerful/emotional/nostalgic music... you'll need distraction...

    now don't fucking watch abs-vids on youtube and go train!
