We used a "PaperTiger" to scratch the wallpaper (make indents) and then used a paint roller to roll on a mixture of chemical and water we got from the local Benjamin Moore store. We soaked it 3 times, scratched it and soaked some more before scraping it with the tool. It came off way better than anticipated!
