it depends what is your body structure...if you are the scrawny tipe,its enough one teaspoon before push ups and one after,50 push ups in the mornig,drink with water better...loads of water...its going quicker in to your body,and then milk,egs and rice for the rest of the day...AND LOADS OF WATER!!!!......but if you are "bigboned" kind of tipe...then yes...100-150 push ups...i tried that 1 year ago...results was really good...now im doing that just before summer season...

it depends what is your body structure...if you are the scrawny tipe,its enough one teaspoon before push ups and one after,50 push ups in the mornig,drink with water better...loads of water...its going quicker in to your body,and then milk,egs and rice for the rest of the day...AND LOADS OF WATER!!!!......but if you are "bigboned" kind of tipe...then yes...100-150 push ups...i tried that 1 year ago...results was really good...now im doing that just before summer season...
