  • awesome video! thank you!

is there anywhere i can find more information about baking and replacing instructions?

  • Greatly enjoyed this short footage. Great looking lady & well researched NO-nonsense simple & precise. Clever enough not to include our famous Chinese wheat starch used exclusviely for making GowGee pastry. Topioca starch is most overrated, very gluey,

  • what do you mean? isnt chinese wheat starch with gluten? and what is wrong with tapioca, does it contain gluten?

  • Both wheat starch & Tapioca are very famous because they are used to make shrimp dumpling, wheat starch obviously cohtains gluten & tapioca does not. Tapioca however is very gluey, it gives the pastry the famous chewy feeling

  • thank you for great video

  • Are there health benefits to using gluten free or is it mostly for people with allergies?

  • well, many people do eat too much wheat in thier diet, so it is great to switch your grains up.

  • This was really helpful information.
