That micro by Kwanro was unreal.

He takes advantage of the fact that Drone attack has a slight range on it and Drones can attack while they are still in motion. By doing this he can hit the marines while his Drones are chasing them and lose no speed in the process. The micro required to tell the individual Drones to attack once they are in range and then immediately continue moving in a direction that chases the marines is incredibly difficult.

Props to Kwanro for godlike micro!

workers can be quite powerful, they're small, fast, have ranged attack (or have decent HP - SCV) and the other player doesn't always take a worker assault seriously till it's too late. I remember another pro game where an SCV sneaked into a zerg base and shift-clicked all the drones and when the big (distracting) battle was over the obs looked at the zerg base and something like 8 or 9 drones were dead.

The problem is they don't have a quick trigger finger. They take a while to fire and dont really do it that well unless microd to an extend where it might harm your macro if your apm is too low.
