When I try to shoot 300fps my new camera turns off and leaves me with a slow, flashing blue light. All the functions stop working so I have to take out the battery and turn it back on again. Why is this?
Must be something either wrong with the memory card (not the right type) or your camera is broke. I'd suggest reading the manual to see if it mentions this, if not, call the service line.
The 300 fps is not in HD. The resolution for it is 448X336. The best you can do with the camera is 720p at 60 fps and stretch it out to get smooth slow motion.
It takes a 10 second clip at 300 frames per second and when played back it's at 50 second at smooth slow motion. The resolution isn't great, but the camera has normal resolutions at 60fps, which is good enough.
that would be awesome as fuck if we had the powah to change how our minds perceive time flowing.

Bring your elbows in and keep your arms very close to your body. Also buy a tripod ;)
