he needs to learn technique for sure. Right now he's dominating a small talent pool, but in college you cant stand up straight like that... he's going to need to learn to bend his knees in order to move laterally.
His Jr year he practiced against a teammate who's starting at UCLA. And a few of those guys you saw him dominate are D1 prospects. I'm sure he'll adjust when he gets to college. Kids from Hawaii can compete, believe that!

If fsu is indeed a real consideration for this kids place of higher education and football exploits.......all i can say is wow. he is very impressive to say the least. best of wishes from this seminole fan no matter where you end up.
not to rain on his parade but the deadlift was 495 but still thats heavy. i only did 455 when i was in high school. at least shaydon broke my record so im happy i knew the guy who did it
