This is a very good movie. Russian films give honor to GOD ALMIGHTY unlike Hollywood films that is so corrupted and devoid of GOD. It is very moving to see the admiral and his crew kneeling , praying ,making sign of the cross. Here in America and Canada,the films are influenced by the devil. Kodus to the production team.
@toby4700 They got considerably more hungry during the Civil War. I didn't like the Czar and Nobility but the Russian harvest didn't go above 1913 levels until after the end of Socialism.
@toby4700 People from Russia I've talked to claimed that Communism never came to Russia. They were "Building Socialism". When Communism came, some day, there would be no State to speak of. So that's how I phrase it today in English.
20 minutes into the movie, and i have to say, you Russians know how to make movies.
