No, not so bad on the lungs, but you just get mouth and throat cancer instead, particularly due to the duration and strength of cigar smoke. And mouth cancer is worse than lung, you can get by for ages with lung cancer, mouth cancer means inevitable removal of tounge (often in agonizing stages, the minimun removed each time as required coz you cant swallow or eat properly with no tongue) then bit of jaw and parts of the face, yummy!! lets have a smoke.
