  • Fender American Deluxe Stratocaster Or Fender American Standard Stratocaster, Which One Is Better, Or Which One Do You Reccomend?

  • nice demos. very helpful in hearing all of the different tones.

  • 02:16 The sound was so full & bassy it made the camera vibrate. Nice!

I own an '11 American Deluxe (HSS ver.) in Olympic White with Rosewood fretboard and love it. It has the "Passing Lane" button that just SCREAMS! Best deluxe Fender has made so far imho.

  • I have the HSS Deluxe and absolutely LOVE IT! It has the beautiful sound of a Strat with the humbucking crunch of a Gibson! It's the Jack of all trades!

  • Does anyone have any manner's?

  • tell those fuckers to shut up!

  • hi, do you ship to switzerland? If yes, how much would it cost? thanks

  • @todomusika Shipping to Switzerland via Fedex would be about $395.00 The Fender American Deluxe Strat would is $1299.00

  • hey l was wondering if this strat would be good for stevie ray vaughan stuff

  • @StratPlayer4Life Yes it would be good for the SRV stuff.

  • @NstuffMusic thanks!

  • @StratPlayer4Life Most definatly if you practice. try setting it up with 11's and tuned down to Eb ( 1/2 step) Das what I did. though not so much for stevie but to get a better ( in my mind) blues tone. Good luck.

  • Don't know how many have noticed this but you have one KILLER fucking vibrato. You might be close to perfection with the timing, depth and speed of your vibrato. It's possibly the best one I've heard in all these years. From Blues like SRV and B.B. King to Rock.. Malmsteen and George Lynch. Yours is better just by the timing. All the so-called great guitar player vibratos are not this complete. They're either too fast (Angus Young) or lacking depth. Yours is fucking perfect!

  • Hey, I was wondering if you could give me some advise? I really like the look/sound/everything of the American Deluxe but I haven't been able to test it because there's nowhere near me that sells it. After reading a review/comparison of the hss and the sss I'm not sure what to go for. I want a versatile guitar that is suited to blues, hard rock and a cheeky bit of shred, could the hss and sss do this? Thanks

  • @multiinstrumental I would recommend the HSS version It cover's the whole spectrum of tones!

  • @NstuffMusic Would the HSS version be able to replicate the sound of the john mayer fender?! (B/c of the humbuckers) If not, is the john mayer fender as versatile as this guitar or does it just specialize in blues type of music?! I'm looking for a one-for-all type of guitar (rock/blues/jazz/modern) but I really like the sound of the big dippers in the mayer fender. What would you recommend?!! Thanks

  • @prettdboy The HSS version is definitely the more versatile set up. The Big Dippers have a little more mid scoop than the N3 noiseless pickups.

  • Great demo Marc but the background noise is a bit annoying! Which kind of wood do you think is more suitable to the strat guitar maple or rosewood? thx

  • @10Sunburst It's really a personal opinion. Maple is brighter and rosewood is warmer also you have the look of maple being lite in color and rosewood being darker in color.

  • good informative demo ... thank u

  • Ordered this in August and I don't have it yet.

  • @pstlwhppd nstuffmusic has it in stock $1299.99

  • @NstuffMusic That's a really good price. Unfortunately, I live in Canada and I already paid my down payment. How are you able to sell it for so cheap?

  • "So there you have it." This is a really useful demonstration. Thanks a lot. That´s the guitar I want to own some day.

  • dude, do the demo with NO NOISE in the background next time! c'mon

  • This is a nice demo, But seems that the store salesmen around him werent that very cooperative, If I were this guy, Id kill them all with a sharp flying V hanging on the right

  • Great demo, great tone, great guitar. What amp are you using?

  • @jesse2d Fender Hot Rod Deville 212

  • can that guitar come in pure black in color? i want one that has a maple or ash fret board like the color of the headstock with the pure black body.. nice playing man.. tnx.. il wait for the answer

  • im not sur ehow the guitar is recorded or if any reverb has been applied or its just the camra bt that is one of the nicest strat sounds ive ever heard :D

  • @barret707 That is just the guitar being played clean through the camcorder mic.

  • @NstuffMusic beautiful sound, even for a camcorder mic.

  • haha you shook the camera

  • this guy is awesome

  • I've always wanted a deluxe but I always end up buying something else....like a 62' strat

  • Noice!

  • Hi Martin, my name is Martin, too!
