haha, I thought it was just fine! Idk if you saw me there, but my costume was a black leotard with a long black tutu. Red hair thing, red/black striped gloves, fishnets, lol. It was hard not to see me :) I got an excellent as well. I was so happy with my performance. Especially since I finally looked UP at the judges the entire time of my solo.

those solo's are with the state wide music ceruit. the other main guard cercuits in florida don't offer solo's anymore

yes. we don't do sabre at our school yet. the video that i have posted, its our second year. i have been on the guard since the beginning. we are hoping to use sabres next year though. i was the one w/ the solo rifle toss that was dropped :-(

their reasoning for the Excellent was Just. They said there wasn't enough Sabre work and I agree I watered it down with ALOT of dance because I don't know much sabre.
