My Home Econs Teacher - Ms Teo taught Homes Econs nearly all her life in Crescent Girls' School . She was still teaching at the age of 58 when I went back to get a recommendation letter from CGS 6 years ago . Nowadays , girls don't even know how to sew as a matter of fact and they lack MANNERS . Look at all the squabblish stuff they post all over the INTERNET ! Sigh ! Better just sew our cross-stitch with classic music , eat some scones with great coffee ! Hah ..........
Cause the printing cost of such artworks on T-Shirts are too expensive in Singapore : S$18 per piece . That ' s why I never go ahead with my project . Hmnnnn ! Operating cost is much cheaper in China . Anyway ! Happy sewing ! Oh ! There are also those 100 patchwork blankets . I have a BROTHER sewing machine but I hardly use it for embroidery purposes . Yeah ! Should have swop Home Economics Lessons instead of SOCIAL ARTS during Sec. 3 or 4 .
Oh ! My Singapore Bugis Junction Sewing Stall selling Made-In-China sewing material attachment equipment where you can attach the cloth so that you can sew up & down . You know about Suzhou Silk Thread Sewing ????? Wow ! That really takes a lot of concentration + eye power + decorative innovative drawing skills . Too bad my teenage female cousins only knows PC games , they don't even know how to sew however I did impart this sewing skill to a China Fuzhou girl 6 years ago while tutoring her .
Thanks for sending me this video . I learnt cross-stitch on my own from 7 years old . Hmnnnn ! Been sewing that 8 carps for 10 years on & off but can't seem to have the time to finish it off since I am taking care of my younges brother ' s 4 month old baby presently . I love DMC threads , colour of China threads cause they dye them in their own preferance and sometimes I love to mix colours of my own , I don't actually follow the colour combination of some ARTS books in fact .
Thanks for the v-send !!!!
