  • Flavour n Fire man lmao.

  • LOL! It's insanely hot and keeps coming at you -- relentlessly. The fact you ate an entire chile is amazing! Very impressive --even with your "near-death experience".

  • I had one last night at my pals house hadnt even heard of it before then. Ate the entire naga swallowed it and all. There was a time i honestly thought i was going to die

  • the hottest chilli in the world is the dorset naga

  • Interesting. I will have to check out the dorset naga. The first real Jolokia's coming over from India were the Naga Jolokia and "Naga" seemed to become the popular name -- somewhere along the line, Jolokia took over. I will investigate.

  • I think you are correct on the intestinal parasite thing. When I went to India, an experienced friend hooked me up with some capsules of cayenne pepper for just that purpose. I think the heat in the chillies really serves that function.

The Jolokia will be hot like the habanero, but the heat will last a lot longer time (instead of 5 minutes or so, expect 15-20 minutes based on when I ate a small piece of one). Have plenty of milk, ice cream, yogurt, bread, et, al on hand to quench the fire.

  • If this pepper is that bad on the way out, it probably kills a lot of intestinal parasites too. Might be a good thing to do. I am planning to try a bhut jolokia if I can find a real one. I have eaten whole Habareno and yes it was hell hot but no where near as bad as I expected so we'll see how it goes. It's been a few years since I ate the habanero so I bought some today to "work my way up".

  • The spookiest looking person on YouTube.

  • fI've eaten a number of hot chiles. This is the one that keeps on burning -- especially on the way out.

  • They're going to be sh**ting molten lava in the morning!

  • Molten lava! Well said. Clearly, you have had experience with the Jolokia. Just because the pain is gone . . . doesn't mean the pain is finished.

  • Verry true my friend! =]

  • really it hurts shitting it out?

  • listen to what he says at 1min 25. thats what she said.

  • i hate that line fuck off with it

  • I will walk 500 miles!!!

  • whats happened to stephen merchant?

  • I find it funny that there are SO MANY videos like this, but never anybody around from the pepper's originating country that can CONFIRM that what you're eating is the bhut jolokia. Until I see that, I won't believe anybody's reaction to it.

  • i dont even remember commenting this video 7 months ago

  • You make eating peppers poetic. I like that. I'm a heat- hound as well..... doesn't get any better.

  • is that hotter than a whole jalapeno that was just picked? cause i ate one one time and it was pretty bad. And one time i ate this hot wing and my nose started running like crazy and i could feel the beads of sweat coming out of my face and running down it, I dont remember much more after that but could you tell me what the spice could have been?

  • Dude, these little red bastards are WAY WAY hotter than ANY jalapeno. The heat is pretty damn intense. I love it.

  • a jalapeno is like 100,000 on the scovile scale

a red savina habbie is about 500,000

    a bhut jolokia is fuckn 1, 000,000+

im trying to find these muther fuckers

my drug of choice is capsasium

  • Try some mace in your mouth next.

  • Actually, I'm fairly certian that mace is actually made from an extract of the Jolokia

  • I have mace and it's not even as hot as Da Bomb Beyond Insanity. Yes I tried both :-P

  • Your a tard, sry.

  • And "you're" a tard for not spelling correctly when trying to insult someone :D

  • I am not sure. They say pepper spray can be 2 million scovilles. The jolokia is 1 million so I am assuming it's a lot of pain, but people do recover. People who handle always use gloves.

  • There is NO FLAVOR..your taste buds do numb in the first 10 seconds

  • I hear Jolokias screw up your eyesight, but this guy says they are fine.

  • The Jolokia is actually in the Habnero family -- like the Red Savina Habanero, the Chocolate Habanero, and the Orange Habanero. This pepper from India is about twice the heat level of the Red Savina (595,000 Scovilles) vs. Jolokia (Over 1 Million Scovilles). I've tried both and there is nothing like the Jolokia for relentless heat!

  • lol.... yea, ok. Obviously you have NEVER experienced the onslaught of fire from a jolokia pepper.... wow. Habanero? Habanero is a wussy- boy pepper compared to the jolokia.

  • ok ok
