  • My friend's cat tripped her, and she fell all the way down the basement stairs.

I was surprised she wasn't hurt at all. She was more worried about the cat than herself, but HE was fine.

Murphy, the kitty, is the most rambunctious cat I ever saw.

Another time he tore all the ornaments off the bottom of their Christmas tree.

He's got that 'wandering tom cat' syndrome. He always tries to leap out of the house whenever anybody goes to the door.

  • OMG..... Stevie is my brother. That was fun when we taped that.

  • 6:48 - 6:42 . Now that's what father, and son are meant for!

  • "you gotta do what ya gotta do" I love this kid

  • why is everyone cutting out the william shatner parts?

  • I just discovered this show a couple of days ago. Love it. Thank you so much for uploading it.

  • Wow, those kids must have been pretty excited to have Shatner appear at their school.

  • the title says ''stevie saves dad'' i thought she was a woman

  • He reminds me of the kid that played young Forrest Gump!

  • Smart Kid.

  • I miss this show. I wish there were more like it.

  • HEY ALLGOOD2000 DO YOU HAVE THE ONE AT THE BING OF THIS ONE WHER JOSE SAVES HIS MOM AFTER SHE WAS STUNG BY THE BEES AND HAD A REACTION TO TIT

  • @Mikeytheturtlelover They didn't re-enact that story, they only presented her letter.

  • i loved this show..put it on dvd

  • Head Injuries are sooo tricky, my husband just fell and hit his head on the floor, just from standing, he had a skull fracture and ruptured ear drum, concusion, he was hospitalized for over 10 days. My boss knew a kid who died from a brain injury and his skull wasn't even broken...

  • @opinionatediam The skull doesn't need to be broken in order for a traumatic brain injury to occur. For instance, a concussion is a traumatic brain injury and doesn't necessarily entail a fracture or break in the skull. It's caused by the brain ricocheting off of the inside of the skull causing injury and swelling of the brain. This can be caused by a signficant blunt force impact but the skull isn't always affected.

  • Which one is it? Bees or stairs?

  • 20 years have passed since this accident so Stevie would be 25 now. Joseph was a smart boy to call 911 to get help. Kids can help in emergencies. If this or anything else happens to my mother or father I'll know what to do. I'd like it to come back on the air.

  • iam crying man

  • 'you gotta do what you gotta do"

    aww cute lol

  • that little boy is so adorable. This is so amazing.

  • Ooops that comment was about the first story......... Stevie is a little legend too :)

  • What a gorgeous little boy:) Well done young man!

  • my dad and I were talking about william Shatner (Sorry for the bad spelling...) -dont ask how we get on these topics :P- and he told me about this old show. Im only 13 and I was born in 1996 so im upset this wasnt one when i was a llittle girl! this is an amazing show!

    ps. CLEVER BOY!

  • I swear to god this show had given me the ability to save my own best friends life, it was a quote I laerned from this show called "If the face is red lift the head;if the face is pale lift the tale", that taught me how to diagnose and treat my friends gunshot wound and I was told it played a large role in saving my friends life

Also I helped a friend who had a seizure and learned to open his airway and put him on his side which again, I was told helped save his life and brain

  • I just noticed in the show that Stevie was watching the cartoon character was falling right before his dad fell man Stevie's a life saver

  • "gotta do what you gotta do" stevie was so cute!!!!! smart too!

  • Awesome assessment skills for a child to have

  • back then kids werer smart now kids dont know shit about 911

  • that is the cutest kid ever

  • i wish they would sell 911 DVDs. all episodes :)

  • I love this show

  • Clever boy

  • @23Ian1 I agree. Today Stevie is 25.

  • everyone sign the petition to get it back on the air

  • What petition?

  • i miss the 911 shows

  • This show is literally a life saver because in each show it shows how you can save a life no matter what if your an adult or a child

  • At the beginning o the show is the reason that Rescue 911 should be brought back on TV. Please everyone who enjoys watching these videos go to the site that allgood2000 has provided in his info and vote for Rescue 911 to be brought back to tv and to be released onto DVD...

  • @SassySweet24 there will be people who watch the show, then try things they see will sue the show and all the people with it because it didnt work for them, and all that kind of stuff will happen, but hey, thats what the screen about not trying it unless your properly trained comes in handy.

  • I cannot tell you how much I appreciate your posting these video.

  • Smart Kids !!!

  • man that is great see it is reasons like this the show should come back on tv cause this show literally saves lives which is amazing

  • Stevie is a lifesaver!!!

  • @koolgirl4567 That's right. Today he's 25.

  • Wish I had a dad... :(

  • You dont have a dad im sorry!! do you want to be friends

  • awe, i'm so sorry. =(

  • I love how the medic has his shirt untucked. def shows the professionalism of ems.

  • sometimes we underestimate children and their intelligence. watching this gives a reality check. i love kids and watching them take responsibility in an emergency makes my heart swell with pride

  • 6:07-6:23 is at the childern's Museum in idianapolis

  • What a brave kid, he wasn't screaming, he wasn't crying, and was very calm. I wouldn't be able to do that if that happened to me at his age

  • What a very brave kid, he wasnt crying or screaming, he was very calm.

  • the kids are very brave and they are so smart i wish this show was still on that would help kids know when and how to call 911

  • you no i totally agree if any one from redcue 911 reads this why not bring this back i think it would help all small children save some one in a case of emerg.i recommend this for all ages has well please bring this back to air we can save lots in this world..

  • that is a smart kid!!!

  • freaking cute ass kids nowadays

  • OMG. Smart Kids.

  • see and thats why this show should go back on tv.

  • Why do they show other dispachers at 3:41 ?!

  • they should start airing this show again so kids know what to do.

  • I agree, I saved my dad in 1994 at age 10, (kidney failure) it was in rural Nebraska, took EMS 30 minutes to arrive. Luckily I saved him and knew of 911 (which had been activated less than 6 months prior to this incident) from school, I also knew the fire dept's # in Brunswick NE but knew that 911 was paramedics. This show needs to be restarted

  • exactly. i mean schools nowadays dont teach kids how call 911 and parents really never teach them.

  • Yep notice how the kid in the intro said I went to call rescue 911 not just 911 which means he watches it.

  • I agree with you! I use to watch this show and a few days ago I looked up on You Tube and have been hooked on it ever since! I remember most of these eposides!

  • I know they should

  • It was craziness, but to be honest with everyone, by the time I had called 911, before I was even done telling the dispatcher what happened, police and EMTs where there (we only lived 4 blocks from the hospital, and 2 blocks from the fire station)

And heres the irony for you guys, I STILL take care of my Dad. He is now in a wheelchair (not from the fall) and lives with me. It's almost 19 years later, and I'm still looking out for him. The more things change, the more this stay the same. = )

  • I know your sister Kim. I thought she would be in this.

  • ya I often wonder what comes out of the people who where in these shows. Obviously everyones much older I guess lol.

  • are u the kid from this video or are u talking about ur own experence with a fall???

  • stevenwlkr is definitely the kid in this video, I work with him and I know his dad. Steve still takes care of Big Steve to this day. Very unfortunate accident, but it resulted in Little Stevie receiving G.I. Joe Real American Hero award. He will always be my hero!

  • Multiple brain hemorrages ???? Geez talk about landing onnyour head GeeeeeeeeeZZzzz!

    Glad he's ok !

  • Wow I used to LOVE this show! One of the best shows ever put on. :)

  • my dad fall down the stairs about 25 years ago but he got no injuly and he was ok

  • WTG STEVIE!!!

  • I am the kid doing the reenactment, and it was a stuntman. He was padded up underneath his clothing and the blood is seriously Heinz ketchup

  • cooool!!!

  • do u actually believe hes the re-enactment kid? i dont

  • Well.... He could be; I don't think anyone would lie about it, IDk : )

  • Was that the real Stevie, or a reactor playing Stevie to help out your Dad.

I can never tell re-enactors from the real victims! Darn-it....

  • LOL.

  • I'm Steve Walker. You played me? I vividly remember you! I wonder how much we look alike now. It wasn't to striking back then. Hope things are good.

  • small world. I live in Indiana.....Rossville. i'm 21.

  • you are what!

  • thats cute "you gotta do what you gotta do"

  • Yes he was so cute trying to be a man! LOL!

  • yer lol

  • WOOO Increible Pero Quiero Que Alguien Me Esplique De Que Estan Hablando Ya Que No Se Naa De Ingles Pero Lo Unico Que Se ES Que Eso Es UnMilagro

  • This show can teach kids about homes in the 80's and 90's that are basic compared to today's mansions causing economic/consumer debt.

  • Stevie was a cute kid, now he is just a taller hairier version of himself with the same big as life ears, but at least his head grew a little to match their size.

  • These kids are so smart!

  • he so smmart good job buddy

  • wow, thats one ancient looking tv!

  • Very cute kid, and very intelligent.

  • Good sweet lil boy..saved his father, very good lil boy

  • cool indianapolis is 45 minutes away from where i live

  • this is one smart kid.

  • I wish Rescue 911 can be back on tv now!!!!!!!!!!

  • OMG I know this use to be my favorite show i was sad that they ended it.

  • Yes! This show needs a comeback! Heck...William Shatner could probably still host it!

I heard Unsolved Mysteries is coming back!

Those two shows bring me back to my childhood. As this one was optimistic and Unsolved was..well...let's just say scared the heck out of me! LOL

  • Hmmm. I had a good friend of mine who moved after me and him graduated in High School back in '98.

His mom didn't approve of him watching Unsolved because it was a little to frightening of a show. I guess she's just being a watchfull parent.

That friend is now a lawyer!!

Be me and him watched an eppie of 911 when I slept over at his house in 8th grade--we liked it alot!! At least I did!!

  • Typpo- I meant ME and Him!

I remember specificaly the ep me and him watched. It was the episode with the baby drowning in the bucket of bleach.

  • Are you kidding me?!? Unsolved Mysteries is coming back?? I used to LOVE that show, I'd forgotten about it though since I havent seen it in years! Are there DVDs of that show I wonder?

  • Yeah, thats what I read online...it's coming back! Yes, their are DVDs of that show as well!

  • hell yeah. I love Unsolved Mysteries! I heard its coming back this october 13!

  • whats unsolved mysteries?????

  • Unsolved Mysteries was a show with reenactments of unsolved crimes, missing persons, and unexplained paranormal phenomena such as alien abductions, ghosts, UFOs, and alternative history theories. It was a pretty scary show. its not on right now. but i heard its coming back on Monday, October 13, at 5 p.m., and 6 p.m. On spike tv.

  • wow,MY KIND OF SHOW!!!!

*i'm into UFOs and Paranormal* :)

  • well then you will like this show

  • If you like Rescue 911's style, then you'll probably like Unsolved Mysteries as well (although Unsolved Mysteries less happy and more freaky).

  • I know I love that show.

  • @allgood2000 What do you think of the show. Call 911? I saw some of it, not as good as Rescue 911. But it was the closest to a remake, that we got.

  • @Jumpybeaver Call 911 is okay, but nothing close to Rescue 911.

  • @allgood2000 ur right

  • me too i love all that stuff

  • There's another segment like this where a mother falls down the stairs.

  • Just wondering do u know whith one it is I would really like to know??

  • The mom falling down the stairs would be Segment/Situation 4 of episode 601. That would be the first eppie of the 6th Season.

I wish it was on here also as I realy want to see it.

Unfortanetly the segment with the mom falling down the stairs just like Stevie's dad is NOT on here.

  • It's forest gump ;) Way to go Stevie

  • STEVIE'S A CUTE KID, AND VERY SMART.

  • I AM STEVIE WALKER!!!!!

I can't believe someone found this!!!! HAHAHA! I still have the huge ears if anyone cares...i've just grown into them a bit...

  • nice

  • Wow that is amazing..you are a hero! How old are you now?

  • I just turned 23 last month.

  • your not him...

  • Indeed I am sir, indeed I am.

  • lol very nice.

  • stevie! haha reminds me of family guy

  • I'v noticed the people always have shoes on in the house during these reenactment. I wonder if producers overlooked this, intened it or all these people would really be wearing them. I know even back then most people would be shoeless around the house that late at night.

  • dam dogs

  • if so wat site leave a comment on my channel

  • do we need to vote to get it back on the air

  • Vote at tvshowsondvd(dot)com

  • So sweet. What a brave little boy =]

  • ya, get it back on air!

  • Ya see this is why Rescue 911 needs to be back on TV!

  • Good job kid!

  • That kid is a lifesafer!

  • stevie is so cute!

  • he had a good role in american psycho 2 hahahaaa

  • I love this show

  • "And my mind said, if you want to be good and be pretty special, you gotta do whatcha gotta do"....what a guy :)

  • Very smart kid

  • "You gotta do what you gotta do". What a cute kid. He handled it so well.

  • was he drunk gh3rules1353

  • Wow, William Shatner talking to a group of school kids, who would've thought that was possible?

  • Wow I thought 911 was for ALL of the U.S.A.

Anyway, just goes to show, kids learn by copying adults - and that includes violence such as slapping/spanking

Also in the comment below I was referring to the first kid

  • Thats bullshit If a adult jumps off a cliff a kid will probably run away people do what they do, even people who never seen any violence can still omit to violence anyway thats a fact things go way further than you think

  • If an adult jumps off a cliff, a kid who hasn't had fear installed in him/her yet will jump off too - why do you think there is such a thing as a gate (or 2) for your stairs? You think they're for fun? No, they're so your kid won't fall down the stairs. As evidenced many times (even to the extent of kids copying the old tango ads and going around slapping each other), kids copy adults. It's HOW THEY LEARN and it's BASIC knowledge

  • LOL your fucking NUTS appledick

  • Intelligent, well-thought-out, logical response you have to my provable facts there. Well done

  • Some fears are natural. I doubt a kid would jump off a cliff just because they saw an adult do it. Trying to go down the stairs requires a little less courage than jumping off a cliff.

  • 911 is for all of the US.

  • Aww bless him, he says he called 'rescue 911' instead of '911' :)

  • It was probably a stunt man. It looked like they filmed him falling down at the top of the stairs, and then edited it together with the clip of him falling on the table.

  • Yeah they re inact everything in the show.

  • the guy in the cartoon fell on his head too.....-.-

  • "If you want to be good and special you've got to call 911." Kid is so cute! And pretty dang smart.

  • was it that bad of a fall?

  • no joke now SERIOUSLY! my dad fell down the stairs he broke 2ribs,neck,back vretabre's,cheek bone, and fractured skull

  • Is it just by coincidence that the cartoon Stevie was watching had someone falling?

  • Your right! I never spotted that on the cartoon he was watching. It seemed to forshadow Steve(the dad's) fall.

  • Good Catch. I have watched this episode several times and never noticed that before.

  • Thats so funny i called Rescue 911 hes so smart and so cute

  • aww i miss this show..I used to watch it religiously..seriously..I have two tapes of it.

  • Really? Which ones do you have taped?

  • Im not sure. I think I'll have a marathon during my break though, if Im not watching Jump Street.

haha I was only like...2 when some of them were on...

  • Do you have the one with the burglar in the chimney?

  • hmm I'm not sure, I dont think so though.

  • STEVIE!! YOU DA MAN!

  • GO STEVIE YOUR THE MAN

  • wow!! thats amazing!! That guy would probably be dead if Stevie wouldnt have been there. He's such a hero<33
