This Messenger has a more pointed pickguard than later models. The bridge does not look original. Not sure if these were sold with a Bigsby installed. Never seen a Magna Rock model other than in the catalog. This is the model Farner should have had so he wouldn't have had to tape over the sound holes.
some people like to grow their nails a lil long cuz it makes it a whole hell of a lot easier to scrape out them boogers. some boogers don't come out with just blowin your nose, sometimes you gotta steamroll them and sometimes scrape them. Pick-Flick and Stick.
Yeah it's real..... real RARE!!! No sound holes model called THE MAGNA and one with the fuzz even more scarce. Probably fewer than 5 in existence. THE MAGNA appeared in only one of the company's 2 catalogs.
Mark Farner played one of these in GFR, and you can catch the tone here easily. Aren't these hagstrom pickups?

I gotta say, this guitar has as many toggle switches and knobs as an airplane console!

@notfragile33 you need to check out some old Vox guitars, they've got everything but a cocktail blender in them.

something is not correct about this guitar. I would like to see the entire front of the neck and the entire back of the neck.

So, when are these going to be made again with the aluminum neck? : )

Fuzz sounds great and cool riffs the player is doing but that guy flicking the switches and turning knobs needs to trim his nails
