Actually, animal milk does not contain enough Vitamin D to sustain healthy levels. It contains some Vitamin D. It also contains glandular pus. There is much more pus in animal milk than Vitamin D. The best source of Vitamin D is sundried mushrooms or supplements. Animal milk is for babies, in case of cow milk for cow babies. If you like milk, get soymilk or other plantmilk.
