I didn't cry (surprisingly) but it was beautiful and sad... yeah Rei always seemed to be her best friend above everyone. They've had a few sappy scenes together, eg when Chibi-usa became Black Lady, and Usagi was upset, and Rei-chan comforted her....

i know i always seemed to think that to. all the fighting and bickering, only proved they could stand each other and love each other, and that showed how they were best friends. she seemed to have a deeper connection with rei then all the other scouts... if you look back on the whole series... it sad though, i cried when i saw those episodes, LOL!
