I think the main thing stopping a world wide organization is ignorance. Teach the people you know the truth about unions and their rights as workers! You're right, Solidarity forever!!
@juliaisafilmbuff123 no one forces you to remain a wage laborer. you can sell anything you like. if time is all you have, then you can sell your time. the boss is organizing the workplace so you don't have to. they are compensated for their work as well. higher responsibilities and risk equals higher compensation.
@happywarrior1982 You don't need the boss to organise the workplace. The workers can organise the workplace. One time when I was working at Target our usual manager was gone. The HR guy took over as manager. He didn't need to manage us. We were able to manage our selves. We got all our work done without a boss telling us what to do. A business needs workers, but it doesn't need bosses. Look at the various worker owned cooperatives and collectives.
I choose the second :D It is really interesting to see how that propaganda has influenced the language of today. When most people here anarchy they think of that doom and gloom picture and the word CHAOS.
The IWW meant I WONT WORK!

That's ridiculous, that's more like a video demonstrating how the STATE carries out false flag terrorism to scare people into submission.

Oh no! Those IWW people would like things like equality and justice for everyone and racism to be swept away! Terrible stuff!
I dreamed I saw Joe Hill last night and he said "Don't mourn! Organise!"
So we did! IU560 Solidarity Forever!

@Shootthebosses equality is overrated. how about merit? instead of social engineering, how about freedom? novel idea!
happywarrior1982 11 months ago
@happywarrior1982 The IWW is about freedom, dumbass. Where's the freedom in being exploited by a boss?

@happywarrior1982 Oh, so then it's possible, in capitalism, for every single person on the planet to be a business owner, then!
No?
Well then, that must mean that capitalism -requires- and underclass, right?

And this video is why even today America fears and does not understand the meaning of the word "anarchist."
