I've had ones just like yours for as long as I can remember but maybe only less than 10 times a day. I think they are the result of a head concussion I had when I was little. I haven't gotten them checked out because I am already on a ton of meds and they haven't gotten worse so I decided to tolerate them. I have spilled few of drinks on myself though.
