Poignant beautiful song of hope and progression that was brought to my attention by a Canadian friend a few years back. The emotion within is palpable.
Well perhaps I read into the articles about their split more than there was, still no matter what the reason why they are not recording together anymore the world of music is poorer on account of it. As I see it anyway.
How sad that the competition between these three very talented artists ruined their collaborations, there's no telling where they would have gone as a group. Individually they all are superb but together they touch that special place reached by few artists..
@Thomcatyoung I've never heard anything about competition between the members of Shaye. Kim and Dav have worked together since and though Tara is not as active since her youngest child was born, I think they're still on good terms.
@amandaxthomas Actually they didn't write the song, but yes, the photo is of Tara's sister Shaye who died in a car accident during the making of the record.
I only saw this video in Canada. The song, the cd, the band is amazing. They blow the Dixie Chicks etc away. This song is poignant, heartfelt & somehow uplifting. Most bands dream of this kind of song. Straight from the heart. Thank you for posting, I think these ladies are phenomenal!

Easily one of my favorite songs of all time, and also where I owe my namesake to. :)

@SweetSophieBaby That is Shaye, Tara's younger sister who died due to injuries from a vehicle accident.
