I watched Baby Blue Marine tonight. I recorded from Cinemax on Betamax tape, probably 30 years ago. Even though it got bad reviews I enjoy the film.

Gere as a Marine? Thats the funniest thing ive seen all week. This may be the worst miscasting of all time. Gere just doesnt have what it takes to portray a convincing jarhead.

It's been a long time since i've seen this movie...too bad that can't see the rest of the movie but these short clips is only way to way the movie.

Richard Gere and Jan Vincent were young guys back then...but they still kinda looked the same since then.

Gere is potrayong a young man (probably well under age 25) who has been thru hell. Notice the white hair.
