@kokonoe4 Uhhm. It's really about preference. You could use a full cup of milk if you want. All I know is that this is my recipe & it tastes perfect to me.
@Evange I made it a little thicker to make up for its size. Usually crepes are larger & you fold it over twice; in this case since it is a much smaller circle I just wanted to keep the texture similar to a larger crepe.
You could always make it thinner but in a pan like this it makes it way more difficult to flip without tearing.

I just made this recipe (without the water) and it tasted great! Instead of "Nutella" I used whipped cream instead. My grandma and I loved this!

@iloveme8241 I would say it makes anywhere from 4 to 6 crepes, depending on the thickness & the size of the pan you are using.
