At one time it was suggested that the fast ferry be moved to East Cowes. This CGI sequence seems to have been part of the feasibility study.

It is Ship Simulator 2008, a video by a betatester.
Ship Simulator 2008 is slated for release in the UK and Germany mid July 2007 and in other countries mid September 2007.
