thanks for taking the time out to explain the principles of wing chun in such detail and in a way thats easy to understand. i feel some teachers dont do this, they just show you what a tan sau, fuk sao or pak sao should look like and not go in to detail of correct alignment. thanks again
Nice, I've not seen fuk sao explained and used in this effective manner before. One question though, isn't the energy and joint rotation starts simultaneously from shoulder, elbow and then wrist. So are you generating your wrist rotation by other means in this video? thanks for posting.
