@gymgymgymgym Very little; all that survived were between 50 and 60 pages of short sketches--a few bars here, a few bars there. He also wrote a lengthy script for the work--back when he conceived it as having sung text. Nemtin closely studied the sketches, the script, and Scriabin's later works; and this work is the product of Nemtin's research into Scriabin's compositional technique and his theories on Scriabin's new directions (as indicated by the sketches)--all guided by the script.
Scriabin was a mysic who thought he could change the world with his epic music. Died at 34 from a infectied cut, so the story goes. He was a genius but he was off his gourde !!
ah, great ! =) I've wanted to hear this for ages but the CD set is insanely expensive. I must say that, from what I've heard so far, it's one of the most amazing things I've ever heard. Thanks for sharing this.

This is amazing will have to buy it, that climax at the end is great. Has a very Prometheus feel so Nemtin did pretty well.
