i was really hoping to see demolition, macho man, and steamboat too, but i think they did a pretty decent job with the roster...and i like stone cold and the rock, but it IS getting old that they are in pretty much every smackdown vs. raw as legends and now in this game too.

They can do what they want with what they own the rights to. Ultimate Warrior is one of those things. They don't own the rights to say, Bret Hart. They can't use his name without permission. I mean, Mr. T main evented Wrestlemania, you think they can just throw him in the game if they want?

WWE owns the name "Ultimate Warrior" That's why when he went to WCW, he was just "The Warrior". They own the rights to that name, and can use it whenever they want. Remember back when Kevin Nash and Scott Hall went to WCW, then we had the fake Razor Ramon and Diesel? Yeah, same principle, WWE owned the names, so they could use them again. They could have Razor Ramon and Diesel in Legends without their permission, but they couldn't have Bret Hart without his permission as they don't own his name.
