Would all of the slapping and pounding be ok on a electric wheel? It seems a little rough. I would think this kick wheel can endure a lot more abuse than an electric wheel.
It is a brilliant idea and time saver, though. No centering, no coning up and down, no opening up the clay (at least in the traditional sense of all of these terms).
