Agreed. It is best to apologize when you do something to offend someone else.....it can be difficult at times though as people to apologize even if you know you are in the wrong. We as people sometimes let things like pride get in the way......it is nice to see that you were able to be do what you felt was right. :) Thank you for the interesting video/discussion.
From everything you said, I cannot see where you did anything wrong. I really think the customer should have apologized to you because I think he was in the wrong. That said, I admire how you show us that sometimes in order to settle a misunderstanding, you have to forget about who is at fault and just be the bigger person and apologize in order to save a relationship that is important to you. I have a friend that is very easily offended, I will remember this the next time she gets upset.
Oppa, You are the bigger man for taking on the responsibility for the misunderstanding. I think the other guy shouldn't have been that sensitive about the fact that he put u in that situation by not paying in the first place. And the ppl on the knife community message board were probably telling the truth about his actions. And ur correct, we are all just humans and will make mistakes. It's what you do after that counts. Glad u saved the friendship though;)
@AbatarTeacher That's true the client should take some responsibilty also for not paying, but on the other hand things happend and oppa tried to understand his situation, yes that client was acting over sensitive about the whole matter it wasn't necessary to block emails that was over doing it,but at the end ot the that it's still business as usual and discretion is key.Yes oppa, handed this situation well the next if that customer need a knife he would have to pay a deposit lol..
@boodoochild everyone makes mistakes but what matters is realizing it and learning from it. anyone could have misunderstood so don't be so hard on yourself!

the ending made laugh hahaha! But I'm glad you realized your mistake sooner than later. I probably would have misunderstood him as well.
