How many times have Strong and Black cut promos and yet neither one can show any emotion at all. Even Claudio, a man who doesn't speak English as his first language, can cut a better promo than those 2 robots. They're both great wrestlers, but neither can speak t o save their lives, and as such will never progress on to a grander scene.

I'm a little annoyed that the videowire is "weeks" ahead of the TV show; Claudio's already talking about the Pick 6 and it's just been announced. Obviously I understand they're aiming this at the house show audience, but it's annoying to have a series of matches that I was really looking forward to being spoiled. Ah well. I can still enjoy the matches.

The best promos aren't shoots. If you use 100% reality as the only source for good promos, you'll run dry quick. The best are those are that simply showcase the guys really personality just increased for drama.

Judging by Tyler's Promo he could take Aries title at Final Battle. But I'm not sure if I want that. I don't know if it's not too soon for Black. I'm an Aries fan on top of that, and I would like to see him keep the title a little longer. Also there are some guys in ROH who should get the title before Tyler. Hero for example. I just watched a Match of him from NOAH and he's on top of his game right now.

Final battle is going to be sick. I hate kingston's promos and the way he wrestles. I really hope hero knocks him out but that probably won't happen that I can see in the storyline. Aries will remain champion as I cannot see black carrying the company and a double is one of the best heels in wrestling today without all the over the top drama like in wwe. The tag match is awesome and either way it finishes I'll be happy.

Looks like Final Battle is shaping up to be a good event well worth the $14.95. A World Title match that could end up being match of the year and a Tag Title match that could do the same. Kingston/Hero may not be a technical masterpiece, but the story told in the match should be superb. I can't wait!
