  • @AliceJasperfan, I agree, that sounds more like zeppole than beignets, though I never used butter in my zeppole and use ricotta cheese.. as i've never heard of "pastry cream". Weird.

  • i'm not familiar with the English conversions...in Canada we use CUP/TEA SPOON... looks amazing though ;)
