Isnt the definition of nuclear war a war in which one side uses nuclear weapons? Wasnt the end of WWII technically considered nuclear war. So... if say the USSR attacked Africa, it would be nuclear war with a winner, followed by a nuclear war without a winner but... still

As soon as one country sets of a nuclear rocket, another will join in, then another then another an till all powerful countries, China, Russia, England, France, America and so on have launched all their weapons.
