Great intro video. I have the larger Presto - it was my first and I learned how to can on it. I love canning and do it at least 3 times a week. My wife and I did our first meat last week - 20 lbs of chicken! It's easy and fun, and not expensive. In fact, after a couple of months, we're starting to pull meals off what we canned.
Keep up the great work on the videos and web site! We've learned so much, and we're working through your baby step binder, which I highly recommend!
So u can use a cook canner as a pressure cooker?

@Sfvboy1 Yes you can! It's just a matter of whether or not you want to use a pot that large to do your pressure cooking in.
