Warmachine and Hordes can have a high model count depending the army and figure choice. It's a bigger scale skirmish game I'd say. If you want a game with big units that have ranks and a lot of models check out Warhammer Fantasy by Gamesworkshop.

There's alway Flames of War (WW2 or Vietnam) at scale 15mm. Dust Tactics is a Alternate Universe WW2 game (28mm scale). It plays on board game type tiles, but it has cool tank type walkers.
not trying to be a troll, im asking a legitimate question, but Warmachine and Hordes would not be called "wargames" right? They are skirmish games yes? Kind of like a larger scale battle sequence in an RPG? so...if i wanted to play army battles games PP wouldnt be for me no?
