In a film by Chris Everard called "Secret Space" there was some footage similar to this where a kind of sky worm was filmed. It was thought to be about 15 feet long but was more translucent rather than dark like this one. Also in his book "Tinkerbell" by Robert Manry, Manry describes seeing a giant sea worm, not an eel or fish, floating on the surface in Mid Atlantic in the 1960's. It too was about 15 feet long. Just goes to show we still do not know everything about our planet.

I would say based on other films I have seen that it is a ROW of BALLONS from some promotion. NOt a BUNDLE of ballons as if you would be selling them.but a row ,as if they were strung over the top or up the side of a display. call your local ballon company and ask to see thier catalog of arrange ments.
