@TranceExplosion Although it may not be a legal term, I consider myself to be welsh, and if I was a man I'm sure I would consider myself to be a welshman. If I also happened to be black, and it came up in that context in conversation, I'm sure I would think of myself as a black welshman :p I was just making the point that I'm sure there are black men who would consider themselves welsh, I didn't intend it to go into this whole political jargon thing :)

The thing that pissed me off, is that people think that all the Welsh are idiots and we don't all have accents like that, it depends what part of Wales you visit.
