Yukke has such wonderful curious expressions in this video. I love her tentative paw when she was checking the heater. Kitties are so cute when they tilt their head with curiosity. She may have been patting you to ask you to turn on the steam. I hope that you both enjoy a beautiful day.

She is such a smart cat! first investigating that creature that has invaded her space. and then looking for the steam... she is sure it will come any second and she will attack it immediately! she was trying to lure it out. That was great!

Ah! She does remember very well. Probably she does not trust it, and it has made a first impression on her already. It's very cute how she timidly tests it each time.

Was it a fly, or a spider that Yukke was searching for? Here, many orange ladybugs have invaded, and are swarming to find a warm place to stay for the winter. But these ladybugs can bite. v__v;

I suppose cats in cities are unfamiliar with most bugs. Here, bugs are usually ignored by cats(especially outdoor cats) because they always see them. So it is funny to see city cats so amused by insects. =)

That reminds me the cats of my mother ignored small bugs when I was a child. =) 'bug(虫:mushi)' and 'ignore(無視:mushi)', we can read same in Japanese. ^o^ I ignore the bug. = watashi wa mushi wo mushi shimasu.
