  • A great MODERN British bike ridden in Switzerland by an Aussie (Australian) bloke! I like!

  • these bikes have the best engine noise of anything anywhere. Happily, I own one!

  • nice video. triumph triples rule.

  • Kewl Vid for an old guy. My respects to a good ride. Every motorcycle tech watching this would love to ride on this pass. Good job Bro!

  • dude, experience makes good riders

  • Hey, are you Japanese?

Send me a message if you're in Switzerland again and want to go for a ride!

Awesome route you chose. I can advice Furka, Flüela and Gotthard aswell.

  • No not japanese, australian.

thnkas for the suggestions. Next time i vist switzerland, i will drop you a line and we can go for a ride.

    Happy trails.

  • Where you put your camera?? Nice video and amazing 3 cylindres sound ;)

  • On the tank, strapped with elastic straps connected to frame, with small block of wood under front of camera to tilt up to view.

Nearly lost it a few times but managed to hold on to it till the end.

Yeah sound was so awesome, very different to a four or twin..:)

  • loev the sound of triumphs. they sound like the old f1 cars absolutely glorious

  • I like your video quality. What was your setup camera-wise. I also noticed that your right hand cornering is a little stuttery - evidenced by uncertain lines through corners and throttle chopping. Your avge speed (you can see the reflection in the screen thru the tunnels) was pretty steady at 100(ish)kph. The top speed blast sounded awesome - I love the triple. Is it a stock exhaust or aftermarket?

  • Camera was just sony handicam strapped to tank with elastic straps, with little block of wood under front of camera to tilt.

Bike was stock, i hired it from a shop in XZurich, with 1200 k's on it.

I am getting a bit shakey in my old age, especially on the modern sports bikes, old wrists start to hurt after three days and self presevation is starting to take control.

    Bike sounded awesome..:)

  • Lucky you tho, I'm still on a limited license, no more than 25 kW.. :(. In 1.5 year's it'll be gone, yaay!

  • This one sure wins on looks, too bad about the seatpipe tho.

Hopefully I can get a second hand one in some time.

  • yeah , i liked the seat pipe. gave it a clean look and great sound. i have heard of aftermarket pipes that really liven them up. I have bene checking and second hand they still attract a good price. :( Good luck and happy trails.

  • FUCK THA JAPS!! ;)

  • what was your top speed?

  • coming up the hill approx 180, going down about 150.

  • nice...i would have been scared to death aha
