DC-10-30 . MD11 have Folded Wingtips, DC-10's do not.

from what I can see Its the Commercial version of the US Air Force KC-10A

-30's had GE engines and -40's had P&W engines, which resulted in, longer takeoffs with lower Max Take Off Weight and less range. -40's were not loved as much due to the P&W Engine change over.

Negative on the MD-11, it is either a DC-10-30, DC-10-40. MD's had winglets and all DC-10's had a center gear except for the original DC-10-10.

@NewPumpkin, Thanks for setting the record str8, not many seem to be familiar with the DC10/MD11 family. DC10-10/15 had shorter wings and no center landing gear, (therefore called by some DC10 girls) while DC10-30/40 had longer span wings and middle landing gear (DC10boys). Tough birds all of them, most are now freight dogs, after a full life as passenger planes,  And yes, JAL sold out their MD11s after some 12 years of use

True, although DC10's had some problems with the cargo door in the beginning, it was fixed!

JAL retired their DC10s in 2005!

The new one sucks eh? I must admit it was an amazing approach for pilots. However, pilots didn't like it very much! And I'm pretty sure you would shit your pants if you were a passenger on a 747 landing on that airport under bad conditions and you see the wing almost strike the runway. You came that close to death but lived to tell about it. There were too many incidents involved and the airport was closed down.
